BizToWeb Modules
BizToWeb is a web application dedicated to the management of activities in small and medium-sized companies. We developed the modules as we tested within our firm and kept the ones that worked for us.
Customers
Organize the list of clients, recording for each the relevant information: fiscal data, contact methods, contracts and projects, relevant documents, but also the number of hours used to solve tasks related to client.

For each client, you can generate and save projects, contracts, minutes, but also various forms that you use in your activity: notices, requests, certificates. You can change the status of customers and record their progress, from the stage of prospects to that of customers. .
Sale
BizToWeb offers the basic functionality of a CRM: recording interactions with a prospect and generating price quotes for it. You can use the product catalog, where you can choose each item from the offer or you can add a new product, and the catalog will develop automatically.
Prices can be customized for each customer. If a vendor’s quote is needed to complete the quote, there is an option to export a PDF or XLSX file or email it to the vendor. Also, once completed, the offer can be exported in PDF and XLSX or sent by e-mail.
Project management
Based on various project management methods, these modules help small teams, especially those working on multiple projects/contracts simultaneously, to plan, track and complete tasks.
In the activity section, each team member can report their work, generating load, KPI and progress reports.
Financial
Without doing the invoicing part, this module helps you track your company’s cashflow, record expenses and receipts per project/contract.
Its purpose is to give the entrepreneur a clear picture of the profitability of the contract or the company. This data is not visible to all employees, but only to the administrator.
Staff
Each employee can have an account on BizToWeb. Within the account, they can record their attendance, generate requests from predefined forms, and add history for projects or clients they’ve worked on. From the employee account, they can see the tasks assigned to them, close them or add comments.
For the company administrator, this module allows the generation of documents, certificates and contracts/appendices for employees.
Calendars
If you share resources within your company, BizToWeb will help you organize your time and optimize your schedule.
Define resources, whether they are meeting rooms, machines, machinery or consulting services, configure their availability schedule and occupancy intervals. Plus, use your personal and team calendar to plan meetings and meetings without clutter.
Reminders
We all have activities planned in our agenda. With BizToWeb, you can add them to the reminder list, so the system will send you an email on the set day.
For recurring activities, you can set these emails to come monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, through a simple configuration. And for team reminders, you can choose which teammate the email will be sent to.
Car park and equipment management
Although it was designed for fleet management, this module is also successfully used for production equipment management. With its help, you can manage cars, with their full details, as well as changes to CIV, features and odometer. The module offers you the possibility to see and save the history of repairs, ITP, distribution exchange, periodic interviews and tires.
And to never be late with maintenance or insurance, you can set one-time or recurring reminders.
